One of West Michigan's largest cardio rooms with over 15 treadmills, 12 elipticals, upright bikes, recumbant bikes, free runners, step mills, crossrobic, rowers, step masters and more. We supply motivation with individual TV's for the equipment and music. What more do you want, except someone to do it for you. Come find which piece of cardio equipment will move you.
