BOOTCAMP
DATE: Wednesdays - 5:30pm - 6:15 pm
This BOOTCAMP class is designed to maximize fat burning and re-define your shape. Class includes cardio exercises that utilize the step platform, interval training, fat burning, resistance exercises and functional movement to condition the abdominals and low back. All levels welcome.

HOOPING
DATE: Every other Wednesday - 9:00am - 9:45 am
Get your hoop on in this energetic class - great cardio workout, core strengthening and boost your energy!

ZUMBA!
DATE: Tuesdays - 6:30pm - 7:15pm & Saturdays - 9:00am - 9:45am *see Saturday schedule below
Join the dance party - members and non-members welcome! $5 for non-members.
